Putin defined in June last year, these are conditioned to start the process of negotiating. Meaning that the Russians are not against negotiation, but they have set conditions to start the process. And those those two conditions I said is the withdrawal for the four from for Oblast and abandon of the NATO membership. These are the two conditions.
